Elevate Career was built by someone who spent over a year applying to jobs and slowly convincing themselves they weren't good enough. It turned out the system was broken — not them.
Elevate Career exists because every job seeker deserves more than a black hole for their applications and silence after their interviews. We built Pip, the career roadmap, and the employer accountability tools because we believe the job search should feel like something you can survive — and eventually win — with the right support alongside you.
The modern job search is exhausting in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven't lived it. You apply to hundreds of roles. You tailor every cover letter. You wait. You hear nothing. We built Elevate to change that. We also built the Employer Transparency Index because job seekers deserve to know which companies ghost, which ones communicate, and which ones treat candidates like human beings. Accountability goes both ways.
