We built Elevate to change that. Not with empty motivation or generic advice, but with real tools: an ATS scanner that tells you exactly what's holding your resume back, an AI coach named Pip who actually listens and gives you a plan, interview prep that feels like practice instead of punishment, and an application hub that keeps everything in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.

We also built the Employer Transparency Index because job seekers deserve to know which companies ghost, which ones communicate, and which ones treat candidates like human beings. Accountability goes both ways.
